• Full name and business name

• Project briefs and written materials submitted for editing
• Payment and billing information processed through our payment processor
• Usage data including browser type, device information, and IP address

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data solely for the purpose of executing requested copywriting services, communicating about projects, processing payments, and improving our service delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — performance of a contract — and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in improving our services and communicating with prospective clients.

5. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a period of 24 months following the last transaction, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. You may also object to processing and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of CopyTextStudio, located at VIA PONTINIA 19, 04100 LATINA, Italy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any service engagement.

2. Scope of Services

CopyTextStudio provides professional copywriting, content strategy, and brand messaging services. The scope of each engagement is defined in the project brief and confirmation email sent prior to commencement. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full before work commences for projects under €2,000. For larger engagements, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due upon delivery. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the delivered copywriting materials transfer to the client. CopyTextStudio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

5. Revisions

Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75 per round. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

CopyTextStudio's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered materials.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. CopyTextStudio will not disclose project details, client strategies, or unpublished materials to any third party without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Latina, Italy, or through amicable mediation before initiating legal proceedings.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us recognize your browser and remember certain preferences.

2. Cookies We Use

CopyTextStudio uses only essential cookies required for the site to function properly:

• ct_cookies_accepted: Stores your cookie consent preference. Expires after 365 days.
• Session cookies: Temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser, used for navigation state.

3. What We Do NOT Use

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or any third-party tracking cookies. We do not serve advertisements and therefore do not require advertising-related cookies.

4. Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair site functionality. You may also clear the ct_cookies_accepted key from localStorage to reset your consent.

5. Third-Party Services

Our site loads Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js from CDN providers. These libraries do not set cookies on your device. Google Fonts is used for typography, which may set cookies per Google's privacy policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

CopyTextStudio offers refunds under the following circumstances:

• Work has not commenced — full refund of deposit within 5 business days
• Project cancelled before first draft delivery — 100% refund
• Service materially differs from the agreed project brief — partial or full refund at our discretion

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Completed and delivered work within the agreed scope
• Work where the client has begun using or publishing the delivered materials
• Revision rounds beyond the included two (2) rounds
• Strategy consultations already rendered

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your project reference and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a formal dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disagreements amicably and will work in good faith to reach a satisfactory outcome.

5. Applicable Law

This refund policy is subject to Italian consumer protection law (Codice del Consumo, D.Lgs. 206/2005) and applicable EU consumer rights directives. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
